With its cliff top location & uninterrupted ocean views, this once small cottage has been redesigned into a large contemporary beach home.

NNC were engaged at the beginning of the construction phase of this home, from the initial materiality concept through to full interior design plans. The hub of this home is undoubtably the open plan kitchen and living space, with a 4 metre kitchen island, designed for our clients love of entertaining. We selected light finishes and natural materials throughout , and in the kitchen kept appliances all integrated and out of sight, including a butler pantry concealed behind a cabinet pivot door. We facilitated the procurement of all PC items on behalf of our busy clients, as well as the installation for joinery, flooring & window furnishings.
